How to Install Brother MFC-L8895CDW Toner Cartridges

  1. Make sure that the printer is turned on.
  2. Open the printer's front cover by pressing the door release button.
  3. Grab the drum unit by its handle, then carefully pull it until it stops.
  4. Grab the toner cartridge that needs to be replaced, then gently push it away from you to release it, then pull it out of the printer.
  5. Clean the drum unit's corona wire by sliding the green plastic tab back and forth.
  6. Get your new CompAndSave Brother L8895CDW toner cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color, as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
