How to Install HP DeskJet 3820v Ink Cartridges?

  1. Make sure that the printer is turned on and load a stack of plain white paper in the paper tray.
  2. Open the printer's ink access cover. The ink cartridge's carriage will automatically move, so make sure to wait for it to completely stop moving before you proceed.
  3. Open the lid covering the ink cartridge and carefully pull the ink cartridge out from the printer.
