How to retrieve or change my password?

Retrieve my password

1.  Click on this "Forgot your password?" link.
2. Enter your account email address and click on "SUBMIT".

Change my password

1. Go to the "Account Information" pulldown menu on the top right side of this page. Click on the "Account Information" link from the menu.
2. Login to your account when prompted.
3. Click on the "My Password" tab.
4. Enter your current password and the new password.
5. Click on the "UPDATE PASSWORD" button.
