Why must I log in in order to leave a review?

Why do I need to be logged in to write a review?

Our customers can use reviews to decide whether to buy an item or not. 
We want to ensure that these reviews are reliable and truthful in light of this.
For this reason, we require both you and other previous customers to sign into your account before posting review. 
In order for our database to verify that you are verified buyer. 
This aids in maintaining the reliability of our evaluation process.

What is a verified buyer?

verified buyer is someone who bought from us directly and has used our product. Their account shows that their purchase history matches up with the product they want to review.


What if I checked out as a guest?

If you checked out as a guest, you still have a chance to leave a review. However, the process is more manual and requires assistance from our Customer Support team. Please choose a method of contacting them at our Contact Page.
