Canon PIXMA TS302a Ink Cartridge Replacement Guide

  1. Make sure that the printer is turned on.
  2. Open the printer's scanner assembly.
  3. Wait for the print head holder to move to the replacement position.
  4. Press the plastic tab at the end of the cartridge that needs to be replaced to release, then pull it out of the printer.
  5. Get your new CompAndSave Canon PIXMA TS302a ink cartridge, and open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case it leaks as sometimes, factories tend to overfill ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  6. Insert the new ink for the Canon TS302a printer at a slight angle into its respective slot until it clicks into place.
  7. Close the printer's scanner assembly.

    I was pleasantly surprised the reman cartridges were accepted by my Canon printer; those I had previously purchased from another supplier didn't work. I had always been led to believe I had to use OEM carts, but Tomatoink certified theirs would work. So I will stick with them.
