My shipment is missing one or more items. What should I do?
- Login to your account and click on Order Status.
- Check your order(s) if the quantity is correct per color or type.
- Ensure that the order status says Shipped. If you have separate orders, check each orders' status.
- If it shows that you have ordered the correct quantity of cartridges per color or type and that it has been successfully delivered, we highly suggest you prepare a photo of all received items along with the Order number, and then call our customer service staff. Call us at 1-833-777-0127. We are available from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT Mondays through Fridays.
