My shipment is missing one or more items. What should I do?
Login to your account and click on Order Status.
Check your order(s) if the quantity is correct per color or type.
Ensure that the order status says Shipped. If you have separate orders, check each orders' status.
If it shows that you have ordered the correct quantity of cartridges per color or type and that it has been successfully delivered, we highly suggest you prepare a photo of all received items along with the Order number, and then call our customer service staff. Call us at 1-833-786-1266. We are available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT Mondays through Fridays.
