When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

We may hold your order due to one or more of the following reasons:

Incorrect/suspicious credit card or payment information.
The billing address does not match any address filed at your credit card company.
The transaction is declined by your credit card company.
The shipping address at your PayPal account is not confirmed. For information on how to confirm your address, please call 1-888-221-1161 or visit the PayPal Help Center.

We will contact you for any on-hold order for verification within 24 business hours. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to verify or process.

If you need to speak to our customer service staff, call us at 1-833-777-0127. We are available from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT Mondays through Fridays.
