What are my payment choices?

We accept major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover), and PayPal only. All of our credit card transactions will be processed by PayPal. For security purpose, we only ship to the billing address on the credit card. If you would like to ship to a different address, please contact your credit card company for authorization by calling the toll-free number on the back of your credit card. For PayPal payments, we only accept payment from verified US account and ship to confirmed shipping address. Prices of all products are in USD.


Do I have to pay sales tax?

I have a question about my charges.

Click the "Order Status" link in the footer of our site. After logging in to your account, you may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or you do not have an account with us, please contact customer service for further assistance.


When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).


When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

We may hold your order due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect/suspicious credit card or payment information.
  • The billing address does not match any address filed at your credit card company.
  • The transaction is declined by your credit card company.
  • The shipping address at your PayPal account is not confirmed. For information on how to confirm your address, please call 1-888-221-1161 or visit the PayPal Help Center.

We will contact you for any on-hold order for verification within 24 business hours. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to verify or process.
