How to check for my order status?
Without logging in to your account:
- To check the status of your order, click the quick "Order Status" link in the bottom.
- To check the status of your order by email address or delivery zip code, click the tab.
- Type in your order ID and email address.
- To track your order, click the "TRACK MY ORDER" option.
From your account dashboard:
Select "Orders" from the drop-down menu labeled "My Account" in the header's upper right corner.
When prompted, log into your account.
Locate your order and look up its status.
You will be able to see the "Track Order" link on the right side of your order history box if your order has the status "Shipped."
