Leaking printer ink cartridge
Possible reasons why your ink cartridge is leaking:
1. There's a chance that the factory overfilled some of our cartridges. To prevent potential leaks from harming your priceless possessions, we advise opening the cartridges over a sink or rubbish can.
2. The cartridge should continue to function normally even if the internal pressure of the vacuum is out of balance. After letting the cartridge sit with the printhead on a damp paper towel for a short while, clean it up and install it.
3. If the cartridge has been exposed to high temperatures for a prolonged period of time, the ink may bubble or drip out when the cartridge is opened. When a sealed cartridge is heated, pressure is created inside of it, and when the cartridge is opened, the pressure blasts out the ink, causing bubbling or dripping to occur. Please try cooling the cartridge for a few hours in the refrigerator (not the freezer) before using it.
